The Occupational Therapy Practice Act 2005 was proclaimed, the General Regulations gazetted, and the new Board appointed, on 31 August 2006.

The Board has recently finalised and adopted its policy regarding assistants in occupational therapy practice.
The English Language Policy has been revised (relating to acceptable IELTS result).
