Complaint & Investigation Process

The Board has recently completed a review of its complaint and investigation documents in line with the provisions of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act 2005.

The revised documentation includes:

-   Information Sheet for Notifiers
-   Notification of Complaint Form
-   Investigation Process - Unprofessional Conduct/Fitness to Practice (including a flowchart of the process)
