The Occupational Therapy Board of South Australia (the Board) is the statutory authority in South Australia responsible to
Parliament for the administration of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act 2005, which is an Act to protect the health and safety
of the public by providing for the registration of occupational therapists and occupational therapy students and to regulate the
provision of occupational therapy for the purpose of maintaining high standards of competence and conduct by those who provide it.
- The Professional Development Project Officer is responsible for the provision of support for the implementation of the Professional
Development Guidelines for Occupational Therapists.
- The Project Officer will provide education for occupational therapists regarding the Guidelines, assist with the administration of
the program, and be the first point of contact for Occupational Therapists making enquiries about the
program.
Essential Minimum Qualifications:
A degree in occupational therapy
Full registration as an occupational therapist in South Australia
Contract: 12 month part-time contract 0.4FTE
Salary: $31, 044 (PO3 at 0.4FTE) or contract for services
Location: Mile End
